Watch the Short

The film is resonant with Paul Hawken's New York Times bestseller BLESSED UNREST How the Largest Social Movement in History Is Restoring Grace, Justice and Beauty to the World. Whereas the book documents the movement, the film dramatizes it by capturing in-urgent-action the revolution the book “names”, a revolution in majority and now underfoot. The film is our eyes and ears inside the movement at the “front lines” of the seismic re-shaping of our world, from businessmen to bushmen to the beat, pulse and potential of Gen-Y, letting us in on the massive changes from the inside out. It is (r)evolution in the flesh, urgent and blessed, that is real-life, real-time, life-and-death stakes stories of rebirth, resistance, refusal, retreat from violence, redress and restoration happening all over the world and at once. The film, produced and directed by Paul Lussier, is made possible by a trailblazing technology which provides the platform for the world's first participatory film studio, ushering in a new era of citizen filmmaking. The film will be released theatrically in 2009.
