In his capacity as writer and executive producer, he also develops and deploys narratives uniquely designed to bridge the current gap between scientific data, public policy jargon and popular culture for climate change awareness and action.
In addition to serving on numerous boards and consultant for various environmental media, he recently hosted a two year global symposium involving 300 of the world’s leading scientists, entrepreneurs, NGOs, public policy experts and government officials for purposes of developing clim\ate change media. From this dialogue, thus far, has come FINAL HOUR a global media event tracking a path to sustainability from 2010 to 2050 to reach a global audience of 1.4 billion for the Discovery Channel; ZERO IMPACT, a major American network-based reality show promoting the efficacy and benefits of reduced carbon footprints in personal lifestyle choices; and HOT SPOTS, a major American cable channel series which travels the globe with experts and journalists who are put to work on intractable social and environmental conundrums.
His productions have aired on major networks in the US including CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, HBO, and A&E. He has also created theatrical movies for Warner Brothers. Paul began his career as production executive at Fox, Warner Brothers Television, Robert Greenwald Productions and was a Director of the Office of Literary Development at William Morris Agency. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University. |
